Key Responsibilities:

 

- Assist in project planning by developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project
managers and senior staff.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and
timelines.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality
standards.
- Address issues or conflicts that arise during the project, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change
orders.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and contract requirements.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including materials and labor, to optimize project
efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
- Support budget management by tracking project expenditures and ensuring costs remain within budget
constraints.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including updates on progress, budget, and any issues or risks.
- Facilitate project meetings by organizing agendas, documenting discussions, and following up on action
items.
- Schedule and coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure all necessary permits are obtained.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address
concerns and keep them informed.

- Utilize project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or CoConstruct to manage tasks,
documentation, and communication.
- Assist with contract administration by reviewing and managing contracts, ensuring adherence to terms
and conditions, and addressing any changes or amendments as needed.


Qualifications:


- 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the concrete and masonry sector.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
