Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance and streamline processes.

Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project costing and financial management.

Lead the financial audit process and liaise with external auditors.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
